Varco Pruden's Thermalift Roof System with an R-value of 44 was used. It was paired with Metl-Span's 3" insulated wall panel for an energy-efficient building envelope.

Tedesco and Montante Construction turned a 30-acre site into a high-tech facility for NEXgistics. They are a top trucking and logistics firm with 87 years of experience in shipping solutions using advanced technology.
The Varco Pruden building used a 50 by 50 column grid to fit the client’s racking system. Varco Pruden’s Wide Bay Truss Purlins were used with its Thermalift Standing Seam Roof. The walls used Metl-Spans CF Lite Mesa panels, which had an alternating color scheme. The building had a 6,500-square-foot mezzanine for 2nd-floor offices and a conference room.
