About
The 9,450 square foot addition was designed as a retail facility, specifically for motorsport equipment. A rigid frame clear span with no interior columns was utilized with a Panel Rib Roofing System. The PEMB included the front entrance and parapet, which incorporated conventional finishes such as EIFS and Glazing. We also incorporated gutters and downspouts into the design, creating a clean, sturdy appearance.
Tedesco Construction Services has added to the original building two times prior, which means the additions are at a skew. Skewed conditions always add complexity to the build process. As the general contractor, Tedesco Construction Services worked closely with Bob Weaver to oversee all aspects of the construction.
